One day Jace Harden woke up with a craving for a taco. He took the bus downtown and got off at his usual stop. There were three other people waiting in line. Normally, Jace would take the time to read the menu but he already knew what he wanted: the egg and chorizo breakfast taco. He checked the time on his watch: 10:38 a.m. It was the first fine day of spring. Allergies were in bloom. Jace tapped his left AirPod twice. A Wolf Parade song, nice.
